Features
  • This is continuous, horizontal scrapped surface type pasteurizer made of stainless steel having quick detachable covers at both end. It is used for heating the feed up to required temperature for pasteurization. It is fitted with steam inlet branch, condensate outlet branch, pressure gauge, air vent, safety valve, product inlet and outlet branch. The equipment is equipped with variable speed pulley along with reduction gear box and motor to select different speed as required. The scrapped surface pasteurizer is insulated with mineral wool of sufficient thickness and clad with SS sheet.
